DIMO Agribusinesses, the sole authorised distributor of Swaraj tractors in Sri Lanka, has further strengthened its after-sales service capabilities by expanding its genuine spare parts dealer network and introducing the ‘Swaraj Parapura’ service initiative, aimed at delivering an enhanced ownership experience for Swaraj tractor customers ahead of the Maha cultivation season.
As part of this expansion, DIMO appointed a new network of Swaraj spare parts dealers across key agricultural regions, including Ampara, Polonnaruwa, Anuradhapura, Kurunegala, and Monaragala. This enhanced coverage spans the Northern, North Central, Eastern, North Western, and Uva Provinces, ensuring faster access to genuine spare parts and more efficient after-sales support for farmers.
Under the ‘Swaraj Parapura’ initiative, DIMO rolled out an island-wide doorstep service programme during the recent Maha season, providing tractor maintenance services and spare parts delivery directly to customers’ homes. In addition to service support, the initiative focused on educating Swaraj tractor owners on proper maintenance practices, helping extend tractor durability and optimise performance.
The service teams also raised awareness about the expanded spare parts dealer network, enabling customers to easily access authorised dealers and ensuring a seamless and reliable ownership journey for Swaraj tractor users across the island.
